Lovely tropical notes that are joined together with soft baking spice, warm vanilla, and a juicy acidity. The finish is long with tangerine zest and mineral.The oak adds to the wine with a lovely weightiness.
Estate-grown and sustainably farmed on our 146 acre farm, all our grapes are tended by hand throughout the growing season and are harvested by hand in the fall. After an overnight rest in the cool winery building, the Viognier grapes are sorted and de-stemmed before being gently whole-cluster pressed to extract the must/juice from the berries.

Unique to our Barrel-Fermented Viognier, this juice is fermented in our Oak barrels. While fermentation is complete a little over a month later, the wine will continue to age in barrel until we are ready to bottle - approximately 6 months later.
