Have you been aging a special bottle of Black Ankle wine, but are unsure when to open it? During this Happy Hour, Ed and Sarah will talk with you about our vintage chart and when we believe some of our older wines will be at their peak. While wine aging is not an exact science, this chart was created based on recommendation of staff and lovers of BAV wine in order to help better understand when to pop open that special bottle!
