"We had purchased only one bottle since we originally tasted it at BA when it was released, and it seemed a bit astringent, probably needing more time to mellow. And mellow it did! When we opened it recently, we were blown away by how smooth and pleasant it was. We found it somewhat hard to believe it was even the same wine. We get some cherry and plum on the top notes, and then it deftly transitions into a mild peppery finish. Beautiful all around and wish we had gotten more!" Candace Cage
