Here is where you will find the most recent updates regarding the Tasting Room and Wine Releases.
Winter At BAV
Our current hours of operation are: Monday - Thursday 12-5pm, Friday 12pm – 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-6pm.
The
Terrace Kitchen is open Friday 4pm - 8pm, Saturday 12pm - 6pm and Sunday 12pm - 5pm.
We are accepting our last reservation of the day on Fridays at 7:30pm and Saturday and Sundays at 4:30pm.
State of the TR: What You Need To Know
– Blankets should be wheeled inside every night.
– Fire pits are back on the Patio, Terrace and Courtyard!
– The iPads that are paired with the Vivo Tap pays should stay at Register and be plugged in at Register at the end of the night.
– Overstock of To-Go paper Wine Bags are located in Back Stock.
– Now that soup is back, it’s importat that soup bowls be rinsed with the sink hose before they go into the dishwasher.
- If you are working in the kitchen, there is a new soup tally clipboard to keep track of when and what soups are open at the beginning and end of the day.
- When opening new items in teh kitchen for CACB or Soup, please be sure to use the first in, first out mindset. If a container is open, please use it completely before opening a new one. All containers should be dated, and used up according to their dates.
– We have started a bin of scrap paper behind CY Bar to hep with starting fires. Any scrap paper or old menus can be tossed in this bin. It is labeled.
BAV Service Expectations
– When greeting guests, whether at host, bar or in the Shoppe – we want to have a service forward approach and ask, “How can we help you?”
– When checking a guest out and closing their Tab, please review the tab with the guest. This is to ensure both us and the guest that we are charging for the correct items consumed. If you are working at the bar, and a guest comes up with food from the Shoppe, take a moment to confirm that those items have been added to the tab. Do not assume that the item has been added in the Shoppe.
– If a member is picking up their club order an it is two or more orders, please check to make sure orders have not been pre-pulled. Orders are typically packed at register or behind window bar.
- When working with a Member who is picking up their Club Order, please also check to see if there are other orders that need to be picked up besides the club order. There are folks that might have DEM and/or Text Orders.
Current Events
– We have officially started our winter clothing drive! We are accepting donations of coats as well as unopened, general hygiene supplies.
- Guests can put donations in the marked planter box by the host stand.
– Winter Pasta and Passeggiata Schedule: We have adjusted this experience to happen on First Fridays! Please highlight this pairing and experience to guests. For the winter months, it will be INSIDE in the Grotto!
- Join us on Friday for Pasta and Passeggiata! For the winter months, we will be adding indoor tables to this experience. Pre-reserve a bottle of Passeggiata and a table in our Tasting Room-turned-Italian Bistro! Reservation includes a pre-purchased bottle of Passeggiata. Pasta is available to order on-site directly through the food truck. This reservation does not include an order for pasta.
- What makes this different:
- The Grotto will be transformed to look like an Italian bistro – down to tablecloths, napkins and tableside service.
- To be seated in this section, you have to book the Pasta and Passeggiata Reservation, which includes pre-ordering a bottle of Passeggiata.
- Pasta is not included in the reservation, but the truck will be providing us with a link for pre-orders.
